Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging items purchased on Spectrum. (www.shopspectrum.pk)

 

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are not eligible for return and exchange:

  1. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
  2. Personalized items
  3. Items damaged due to wear and tear, improper washing/care, or misuse

 

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@shopspectrum.pk or DM us @shopspectrum.pk within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. In your text, please specify your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for your return.
  3. Once our customer service team has contacted you for confirmation and guidance, securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

We will not refund the original shipping cost.

If your return is rejected, the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense.

 

  1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.
