This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of your orders placed on Spectrum.
- Order Processing
We strive to process orders within 2 business days of receipt. During peak seasons or for high-demand items, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Shipping Methods and Costs
We use a dedicated courier service to ensure quick delivery at affordable rates. Shipping costs will be calculated and mentioned at checkout.
- Delivery Area
We ship nationwide.
- Delivery Timeframes
The order will be shipped anywhere between 3 days to a week. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, such as political unrest or weather conditions.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
- International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Undeliverable Packages
If a package is marked as undeliverable by the carrier and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
- Order Changes and Cancellations
